Blog writing

Hi,

I am looking for a person to write content for a new SEO Blog. The task will be to write blogs that are based on topics/posts such as:

-free seo methods
-free link building tips
-seo strategy and tools

I'm not looking for an introduction to seo type/style writing, but, a useful blog writing of how to implement, or thoughts and strategy by a person that 'knows' seo. Please let me know how much content /blogs you can write for a budget of £40
