Description
Experience Level: Expert
Hi,
We are a claims management company that is looking to form a long term relationship with a freelancer to provide a weekly blog article for posting to our web site for the purposes of improving our SEO. We will provide the article headings and sub headings quarterly in advance. The budget is an annual fee for one article per week circa 52 articles per year. You must know the difference between a loss adjuster and a loss assessor in the UK to understand the industry. Our preference in a UK based writer who has some knowledge of the industry or an insurance claim process. our web site is w w w . o a k l e a f e. c l a i m s
The format will be:
1. Article Title: “Why do the pipes burst?” (Keyword: “Burst Pipe ”)
2. Research topic - Find at least 1 statistic or fact for article title and mention in subheading
3. Write Introduction Paragraph In First sentence introduce keyword and article title
4. Then write “Answer” Paragraph to Article Question
5. Create 4 Subheadings – Keep Subheadings within the Keywords Topic
Eg:
i) Why do Pipes Burst?
ii) What Type of Pipes Burst?
iii) How to Prevent Pipe Burst?
iv) Best Material to avoid Pipe Burst
Write 2-3 Paragraphs for each Subheading (Avg 100 words per paragraph)
6) Write Summary/Conclusion
Average Wording 1,250 -1,500
This will be a weekly feature that we would require to be emailed to us by Sunday each week so we can post on a Monday.
I have allocated an annual fee which we consider reasonable. This equates to one article per week.

What length are you wanting for each piece considering you are only offering £1.2K for 52 pieces. That is only around £23 per piece. So what length are you looking at for each of these articles because that is a very low rate if you are seeking expert level work? Is there any flexibility to the budget?
