Description
Experience Level: Expert
I want to start a blog. It's just a personal blog but i want it it to be friendly and personal but at the same time professional and well researched and factual (as i do want it to help advertise my business going forward).
I have been a Property Manager in London for over 10 years now and am now starting my own business in the same field. I want to write up an informational blog for landlords and investors in the property market. There will be 4 main types of blog articles that i will need written up. These are:
*Landlord Informational Blogs
*Property Investor Informational Blogs
*Property Management (how to manage a property) Blogs
*Management Blogs (how to manage property managers)
Once a week i will write up a few titles/ideas/bullet points/examples on things i want to talk about and would love someone to be able to write up well-written and well-researched blog posts for me (as i have a lot to say and lots of advice to give but writing well written articles that people like to read is not my strong suit).
However, i still want it written in a personal point of view from a friendly (and maybe sometimes funny) property manager:). But still highly professional and knowledgeable:).
I would like these blogs to be bi weekly (i'd probably like more a week but it depends on costs really). I don't know how much this usually costs but here's my proposal on costing.
2 Weekly Blog Posts- £30 per week (£120 per month)
I think a good type of blog to use as an example is: https://www.propertygeek.net/. However, i want my opinions to be more London based (and obviously my own as a property manager and personal investor/landlord).

Tina, do shed some light on how £30 is an expert rate... for two blogs? Maybe two sentences (one per blog) but otherwise this is very much an entry rate.
