I am currently looking to recruit a freelance technical writer for a writing project.
The project involves writing an in depth technical article for property managers, mechanical engineers and construction professionals about UK building regulations and unintended consequences of legislative changes.
The article will need to include:
- A title
- An introduction of no more than 200 words that will entice the audience to read more
- 800-1000 words in total
- Sub titles where relevant
- Credible references for key information cited with links in the article
It should cover:
• Issues of air quality v reduction in heat demand in relation to current building regs 2010
• Condensation as a result of lack of ventilation in relation to current building regs 2010
• How new changes to building regulations (part F) coming in June 2022 relate to/could improve the above issues
We require the following skills:
- A qualification and/ or experience in mechanical engineering or construction
- Perfect level of technical written English - must . It should cover the following areas :
