I own the escort directory - Cupid Escorts.co.uk - I AM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE ENGLISH

My site was hit badly in November due to content with a fair bit of keyword stuffing. I replaced the content but I think perhaps the content that was written and replaced for me was AI. I need someone to read over previous content on my site and conclude the issues. I need someone who understands the November-December Google core updates and provides a solution.

To move forward I would need an example piece of content written. I have 147 locations that potentially need re-writing.
