5000 Paragraph rewrites between 40 and 100 words each.

I'm looking for a team of writers to help me rewrite 30,000 paragraphs of content. Ideally I would like to allocate each writer 5000 paragraphs for approximately £200. The rewrites are very basic, consisting of business directory listings. The content has been provided so its just a case of rewriting to make sure it is unique and interesting and reads properly. Further details and sample can be forwarded if required. The work would need completing by the 01st August so just under two weeks time.
I am looking for freelancers who are fast, accurate and reliable and who can deliver the work on time. Please state how many paragraphs you could work on comfortably over the given timescale if you cannot committ to the full 5000.
