2 page document on Future of Workplace

I want to write a 2-page document about how more businesses are moving to 'Meeting Room as a Service' in the future of the workplace. More companies are now leasing their whole meeting room (printers, TVs, network, furniture, video conferencing equipment) as it is less risk to the company and an affordable low capital expenditure outgoing.

I wish to write a document that outlines why and the benefits of doing this and how more IT and tech companies are now offering the whole package as companies prefer a consultative valued service than deployment and then occasional contact afterwards.
