Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
Num. of articles: Up to 5
Words per article: 1800
Information for the blog/website: We publish intriguing lists
Topic: Any
Tone: Sincere
Outline & Structure: Go to listverse.com, click on any of the latest articles there. That is the perfect example of what I am after. The budget is $20 per article.
The Simple Rules
1. Your list must be original and intriguing. That means it has to be 100% yours. No stolen content, infographics, slideshows, or “re-blogged” content. I will check your work for originality.
2. Your submissions must with the highest standard of English and should not be less than 1,800 words. You may choose any topic that interests you.
3. There must be an introductory paragraph for the list. There must be 10 items on your list and each item should have one or two paragraphs each.
4. Provide links to reputable and verifiable sources, so we can verify the facts contained in your list.
5. What our readers love to read the most are offbeat stories, hidden knowledge or facts, misconceptions, shocking history and interesting things that people don’t know about.
6. We generally do not want to see lists on sports, self-help, personal stories, or gaming.
7. When you send in your list you don’t need to include images or videos.
8. If you have a blog, a Twitter account, or a book you want to promote, mention it in the submissions form and we can stick it at the bottom of your list.
Extra notes: All submitted lists must:
a. Include an introductory paragraph for the list
b. Have 10 items
c. Include sources for each item (see the author’s guide for details)
d. Be 100 percent your original content—do not send a list you modified, derived, or copied from elsewhere even if you wrote it originally.
This can be ongoing if you send in an impressive work.

£15 for 1800 words isn't even entry level. You must up your budget considerably if you expect quality work.
-
For someone wanting original work, you appear to have copied the writing guidelines for Listverse, and what's more, you expect to pay less than a quarter for similar content. I suggest you reconsider your price and offer a fair rate for the work.

List verse pays $100 and their rates are low... c'mon dude, up your game or you'll get rubbish...
