10 Blog Posts Required

I am looking to get 10 blog posts completed for a new website we will be launching in the next month. This is a property based classified advert site and we will use these articles to help with our social media strategy and SEO.

The articles should introduce some of the keywords we have found from our research.

These will need to be researched and just 500 words + each.
It will be necessary that these articles are 100% original.

The titles for the blog posts should be:

Landlord Focused Articles
01 - Rent A Room Scheme - How it works and the benefits
02 - The benefits of the HAP scheme for landlords
03 - The rules about rent increases, are you inline?
04 - How to secure the best tenants for your property
05 - Why short term rentals may not be worth while

Tenant / Buyer Focused Articles:
01 - Tips for securing the perfect rental
02 - Tips to make sure you get your deposit back at the end of your tenancy
03 - Tips for solving an issue with your housemate
04 - Tips for First Time Buyers
05 - Tips for spotting a scam advert

If we are happy with the first 10 articles another job of 10 more will likely follow.
