Writing and editing business plan

I am start-up in the creative business. I am looking for a person who could help me to transfer my ideas, vision in powerful and emotional context in English for my business plan (native language Latvian). It will include short words to bring in to the sentence, editing my notes e.g. many sentences make as one or two, to find synonyms.
