Experience Level: Entry
I need to write a plan on how to develop an academic department. This plan is to be submitted to the department manager. I have came up with 26 point that I think is enough to enhance the department and therefore I need 2 pages per point a total of 52 pages. I need an explanation on how these points will enhance the department ability and productivity. A comparison with other colleges and university or research based on published papers would be best to explain each points.

Hello. Could you please post the 26-point plan so as to give an idea of the amount of research that would be involved? Also, "52 pages" is not a clear indication of the volume of the project. Roughly how many words would you expect there to be on one page?
