Write a job offer and employment contract

Hi,

We are a business entity which incorporated and registered in Wyoming, US.

We found a person who agree to work as a Sales Representative for our business in the US.

He want a detailed job offer and if he agree with the job offer, we want to have an Employment contract to hire him and also to protect our business achievements and assets if any which are already exists and that will be generated and gained after the employment of this person.
