Transformation Cutover Strategy

I have a draft Transformation Strategy document related to Cutover (going live with a new IT system). It has many comments which have been replied to and need to be aligned with the appendices and recycled and added to the words in the document, within the following categories: Transformation Best Practice, Dependencies, Rollout Assumptions and Data Readiness and Transition Strategy Post-Pilot & Between Rollouts constructively layout out throughout the document.

The content of the document has Decision points, Notes that are all important but need add re-worded to the document so it flows. In parts a diagram or flowchart may be better to convey the statement.

It needs to be written so it it easily understand and says with confidence what is going to be achieved.
There are appendixes that need to be brought into the body of the strategy document and also rewritten.
The document will be reviewed by executives who will attempt to scrutinise and criticise if they do not understand what they are reading so it needs to flow logically and call-out: Transformation Best Practice, Dependencies, Rollout Assumptions and Data Readiness and Transition Strategy Post-Pilot & Between Rollouts constructively layout out throughout the document.
