I am looking for an experienced freelancer to take a large collection of existing documents (Word files, policies, SOPs, notes, and images) stored in Google Drive and turn them into a single, well-structured, professionally formatted Operations Playbook.
This is for a high-performing dental practice, and the final document should function as a clear, easy-to-use “how-to” manual for both new and existing team members.
What I will provide:
Access to a Google Drive folder containing ~150+ files
A mix of:
SOPs (standard operating procedures)
Policies (HR, complaints, etc.)
Scripts
Admin processes
Images of notes/whiteboards (to be interpreted where useful)
What I need you to do:
Review and organise all documents
Identify duplicates and overlapping content
Group related materials logically
Consolidate into one document
Combine all relevant content into a single cohesive playbook
Remove duplication and inconsistencies
Standardise formatting
Apply a consistent structure throughout (e.g. headings, spacing, fonts)
Ensure it is clean, professional, and easy to navigate
Structure the content clearly
Organise into logical sections (e.g. Reception, Clinical, Policies, Finance, etc.)
Use clear headings and subheadings
Add a clickable table of contents
Refine clarity (without adding new content)
Improve readability and flow
Keep original meaning intact
Do NOT invent new SOPs or processes at this stage
Incorporate useful image content
Where images contain relevant information, convert into written content where appropriate
Deliverable:
One professionally formatted Microsoft Word document (.docx)
Clear structure, consistent formatting, and ready for team use
Easy to update in the future
