Support with website content - Recruitment site

I am looking for someone to assist with keeping my clients website content up to date. My client runs an outsourced recruitment business and has a blog section which is mostly regurgitated content from Harvard business review so far. Example previous blog posts / topics include:

Topics and style can be provided but would be helpful to have someone who is creative and may be able to bring some content ideas to the table as well. Approximately looking at 1 or 2 a month (approx 600 words max)

Knowledge of recruitment / previous experience of writing for this sector would be a bonus but not essential.

Would be good to get a gauge of your pricing either on a hourly basis or fixed price per article (say 600 words approx) and can discuss this retained project further with you.
