Seeking Writer to help with Business Plan

Hello! And, HELP!!

I am trying to write a business plan for my publishing company. While I consider myself quite the wordsmith, I cannot seem to write about my own company and make it sound professional. I am seeking a writer to help me with all the details of my company business plan. Basically, I'd like to provide you with a lot of information and answers to questions and have you put it all together as a business plan. I don't need you to actually format the document. I can take care of that part. But, I do need you to take my ramblings and thoughts and turn them into the elements of the business plan.

I also need this to happen fairly quickly (as in, I'll be answering questions asked of me on a business plan template today and would like to find someone that can take those questions and work them into an actual plan by Monday or Tuesday of next week), and I don't have a crazy high budget for this.
