Create a RFP Response for the following scope of work below:

Overview
This scope of work outlines the services that will be provided by the consulting firm to review and optimize the company's Cultural Pillars Model to ensure that the cultural pillars are aligned with the company's global behavioral competency framework and that the revised competency-based model is utilized effectively to assess and develop employees.
SCOPE OF WORK
a) Review the current company’s 5 cultural pillars by conducting 10 focus groups with different business areas (to identify more effective indicators for the cultural pillars).
b) Conduct a gap analysis on the alignment between the company Cultural Pillars Model and the global ArcelorMittal behavioral competencies.
c) Adjust the cultural pillars description to align with the company’s global competencies and output from completed focus groups.
d) Prepare cultural pillars and behavioral indicators for the company’s four levels of hierarchy (executive, managers, white collar staff, blue-collar workers)
e) Provide training to improve awareness of the new cultural pillars and competencies.
f) All scope of work to be completed by end of 2023
DELIVERABLES
a) Detailed report with recommended actions on the outcomes review of the focus group outcomes and insights
g) Gap analysis report on the Company’s Cultural Pillars Model and the global company behavioral competencies with recommended actions to close any gaps
b) Revised Cultural Pillars Model (with details indicators for each business area and hierarchy level)
h) Change Management plan to successfully implement the new company Cultural Pillars Model and the global company behavioral competencies.
c) Training materials (including live online training and development of customized 15-minute interactive e-learning course with assessment)
d) Deliver four 3-hour online training sessions via MS Teams to Company Management.
