Rewrite a Terms and Conditions page

I have a Terms and Conditions page taken from a business similar to one I am setting up and so would like the exact same content but just rewritten so that it is not an exact duplicated or thought of as plagiarised.

I would like all of the same points covered in the same way but would like my business name included in the place of the company that the original terms and conditions belong to.
