Put a PhD proposal together

I'm looking for a freelancer who is experienced in putting a successful PhD proposal together.

I have all of the content, just not in a proposal form. I need someone with academic research experience to collate that information in, what they know to be, an appropriate format.

I'm not expecting any actual research to take place and I'm also not expecting a finished document, merely a reorganisation of the content that I already have (mostly essay form).

I'm need a 2 to 3 page document detailing;

• The aims of the research
• The rationale for the research question(s)
• The proposed methodology and techniques for analysis
• A provisional time plan for the research
• A statement of the original contribution to knowledge which you expect to emerge from the research.

I appreciate this is a very tight turnaround, but I need it by midday tomorrow.
