Proposal for a Work Role

I currently work in Adult Education and Social Care as a community supervisor and Teacher. All the adults I work with have mild intellectually disability and mostly come from disadvantaged backgrounds. Since Covid their mental health issues and home life issues have magnified and multiplied!! I want to propose to my employer that they fund my training in counselling and Psychotherapy so I am qualified to meet this need. I need a proposal written to submit to them on this.
