Professional rephrasing needed. Likely by native English speaker

Result (rephrased / business-written text) will be part of the Terms & Conditions document.

Description
-Approx. 4000 words, 49 paragraphs, 6 pages (font size 12, times new roman);
-If/where rephrasing of the current text would make it sound odd / excessive / artificially complex / unnecessarily long / hardly readable etc.), then leave text as is, but limit this to an absolute minimum;
-Level of detail of what is defined by the rephrased text needs to stay the same (when compared to original);
-80% of rephrased sentences/paragraphs will need be not longer than the original paragraphs (if 100% of rephrased paragraphs are shorter and don't lose level of detail - great!);
-Needs to be written in professional / succinct / easy-to-read (simple!) English. By native English speaker perhaps.
