Press release for new book and social marketing

Hi, we are a London Based children's book publisher. We have a new picture book launching end November 2018 with author presentation in LIbrary and Bookshop. We need someone to work on Press releases, Advance information and social marketing projects for this title. We have videos, author illustrator videos, story telling cards, teachers activity notes, and a whole lot of resources to make the launch campaign a success.
However we are looking for a creative person who will have the experience talking to English speaking audiences in UK and build a campaign made up of emarketing and traditional Press Release.

Price will be dependent on our evaluation of proposals. Please submit a pitch with what you will offer to do within the timespan of five weeks.

Timescale: we would like to place the contract by the end of 21 October. YOu pitch should include brief statement of your successes with examples, your views about promoting the book and who the target is, your milestones for the project, your budget. Please note that the key factor is the ideas you submit to promoting this. If successful we would like to work on other projects.
