OCTG Threading Facility B.Plan Proposal

OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods) refers to a collection of rolled metal products, more commonly known as pipes, and the various accessories included in their manufacture and processes. In 2020, in an effort to deepen local content development in Nigeria, and conserve foreign exchange (forex), a $10million threading and valve assembly facility had begun to be set up at the Lekki Free Trade Zone (LFTZ), by Bell Oil and Gas. We are looking to own a slice of this pie by setting up an OCTG Threading Facility.

Looking for a freelancer with experience in working in the Oil and Gas industry and knowledge about Nigerian (or access to data) and neighbouring markets, to put together a comprehensive business plan to aid in raising investment for the business via the Energy Pack sponsored by SDNG. We are looking to achieve the following from the business plan:

• The Market Analysis
• Economics Financial Model (showing cost and P/L)
• Organisational Structure for the New business
• Feasibility showing the viability of the business
