Need to modify script to more professional English

Hi,
I have the below script that I need to shorten it to 200 words instead of 262, keeping the same meaning but using more professional business words and better English.

And shifting gears from Descriptive & Diagnostic analytics to Predictive analytics in collaboration with Advanced Analytics team which will highly impact our decision making process
