I need to collect some 'case laws' relating to the UKVI Tier 4 visa application.

Hi,

I need some case laws (for some research purpose) relevant to the '5 years cap' on Tier 4 visa/appeal application to the UKVI.

I need both the losers and the winners case laws. I have already collected the case laws relevant to the losers (loser means who did not win the application) using the google search.
But I need couple of case laws of the applicants who were trapped under the '5 years cap' but did win the application.

Could you please let me know if you have these case laws and that how much you will charge for that.

It's kind of urgent for me. Please write to me with very short summary of the case law so that I know whether I need this.
