I need a synopsis by chapter of various non-fiction books

If you like reading and writing synopses of books you've read, I need your help.

Per job I am willing to pay to have a book summarized by chapter for example "Factfulness" by Hans Rosling 341 pages.

Might make sense for you to have read the book, studied history/politics/finance before OR be interested in those book mentioned above.

The goal is not to review the chapter only but to actually explain precisely what is occurring in that chapter.
Each chapter should be written up in 500 words unless you have a justification for why it should be longer or shorter.

Extra notes: The source is Factfulness by Hans Rosling, again you will have to buy this book or get the book from the library or Audiobook even.

Any other sources must be references with a web-address; just make it easy for me to find, no need to do MLA style. Footnotes are great.
