Hi there, my name is Cameron and I am the CEO of Csk Gifts Ltd.
I am currently in the process of trying to lease a unit from the council and they have asked for a business plan as our accounts are not sufficient.
Our accounts don't show that we are able to afford the unit, but due to a contract we have signed with a company, we would have no problems with paying the rent.
I've almost completed the business plan however everything relies on the business plan so I was hoping to get someone that's able to have a look over it, add anything they think would help and correct any issues.
