Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Documentation expert to join our team on a temporary basis to help format and brand company documents. You will be responsible for applying our company’s branding guidelines across all documents, ensuring consistency and professional presentation. Additionally, you will be required to sanitise all documents, removing any personal information to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Format and style various documents according to company branding guidelines.
Sanitize documents by removing personal and confidential information.
Ensure documents are clear, well-structured, and presentable for corporate use.
Collaborate closely with the project management team to understand document requirements.
Work with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) via an online version (no installation required).
Handle documents related to project management, including reports, proposals, and other related materials.
Ensure timely delivery of documents for internal and external use.
Requirements:
Proven experience working in a corporate environment, ideally in an administrative or project management support role (e.g., PMO or similar).
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (experience using the online version is a plus, but not required).
Familiarity with document formatting and styling for professional use.
Attention to detail is essential, especially in terms of ensuring consistency in branding and document presentation.
Basic understanding of confidentiality protocols and document sanitization to remove sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results on time.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with remote teams.
Work Hours:
Full-time position for approximately 2 months, 8 hours a day from 9 AM to 6 PM (UK time).
The role requires you to work 5 days a week, including one weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday).

A PC and network connection that allows you to video call reliably, and a web browser. No other installed software is required.
