Create a brief business plan

Hi,
I need assistance writing a brief outline for my small business, which sells artwork prints online B2C and B2B.

Lean startup
Something simple, for internal use only (not investor related) to help organize my company’s operations.

Essentially going over the main points and short suggestions for areas of weakness. Include time for a 15 min phone call if you can.
