COVID-19 / Coronavirus letter informing of temporary closure

Hi I need a copywriter to compose a letter to my existing clients informing them due to COVID-19 / Coronavirus for the foreseeable future I will not be visiting them.
I am a financial adviser and run a financial advisory IFA company and part of my role is to visit clients once a year to review their investments / pensions. Due to the government recommending distancing from one another I need to write to all my clients saying we are following this advice and as a result we will not be visiting over the next couple of months until we get advice it is safe to do so. We will complete their annual review via post.
With the way things are the markets are massively down and so are will investments. I want to convey the message that they need to stay calm, that investments will be down but we think it is a small time blip and investments are supposed to be held for the long term. Give the clients, yes things are bad now but give them reassurance and confidence.
I am available and can be contacted via phone and video calls if required. I really want them not to disinvest, it’s a long term investment, expect it to be down but stay with their holdings cause it will recover.
Ideally looking for someone who has experience in the finance sector and understands the message I am trying to get across. We are not visiting them because it is in their interest
