Company press release created from three similar articles

There is currently a big issue within our industry which has been identified and written about in the press, trade journals and industry communications.
I would like to create a press release outlining the issue, the negative effects it will have for customers and the solution our company has put into place to offer a remedy.
I have 3 separate article that cover most of the points I want to cover. I would like someone to re-write the articles into one press release adding the solution we can offer. I would expect 850 to 1200 words in English that can be used on the company blog and submitted as a press release (we will submit the article)
