We are looking for a professional who can prepare a business plan presenation & pitch deck presentation to be shown to potential investors
The presentation for this new company, should be 100% professional but not too intense and on the level of banks / accountants. It should include an overview and update of the economies of the industry , geographical area as well as setting up cost projections , an explanation of the government subsidies process, a timeline to opening, as well as financial projections for 3 years It is also important to detail information about us, the partner who already operates a similar existing glamping site. Detail where the money will come from,( subsidy portion, existing partner, and new partner / investor . Where will investors money will be spend etc
The package offered and the business plan required includes two separate businesses firstly setting a new glamping side on the grounds of an old camping site and second operating a tour island hopping business between the existing and the new camps
Because the partnership offered has good business returns but also targets investors who looking for this lifestyle change , the whole business plan must be written to target these indeviduals who would ideally be hands on partners on the second island / camp
