Business and marketing Plan for a children related Charity

HI, I am looking for someone to assist me with a business and marketing plan (and a short synopsis thereof for grant purposes). I am starting a charity to assist parents with general parenting and their children and understanding certain things like child bed wetting, sleep issues to neurodiversity and diagnosis's. I want to cover things relating to everyday life and the education system which can be quite complicated to navigate. I want to have the website as a source of information as well as provide links to professionals and further information, do events to empower parents with knowledge etc too and do my own podcasts. I aim to get income via events, fundraising, grants, links with other companies and services eg law firms. Please let me know your thoughts. Please also let me know if you have any experience and or examples of any charity work or anything close to this topic at all? Thank you
