I need assistance with an academic report as follows, applying principles as per specific modules (4000 word count / Harvard referencing)
I need to prepare a report for the partnership team in which you plan, design and justify a learning and development intervention which prepares Senior Solicitors to manage/lead their teams effectively. There are a number of sub-tasks which can be prepared based on the case study information following.
Sub-tasks
1. Explain the role learning and development can play in this scenario, discussing in particular how strategic alignment can be achieved. [LO1]
2. Undertake a learning needs analysis for Senior Solicitors. A gap analysis can be conducted to identify key learning needs amongst Senior Solicitors in terms of their people management/leadership. [LO4]
3. Evaluate the benefits and limitations of different learning and development approaches including e-learning, workshops and mentoring, that could be drawn on to respond to the learning need(s) identified amongst Senior Solicitors. Assess how these are underpinned by learning theories. [LO3, LO2]
4. Formulate a learning and development activity which responds to one (or more) of the learning needs identified. [LO5]
