Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
Num. of words: 150
Information for the business: Cakes, Teas and coffees, sandwiches, fresh pastries and savouries
Industry: Food and Beverage
Tone: Witty/Sharp
Outline & Structure: We are British citizens of middle eastern origin (Syria), looking to open a small Coffee House | Delicatessen business in the next few weeks. We intend to sell hot drinks (coffee and tea), savoury food (baked pastries, salads, soups) and arab sweets. The theme will be Damascus, or the Levant region in more general terms. The name of our business is Dama______. Our business will also have a garden / yard with a seating area, which will have middle eastern themed decorations and a water feature (a ' exotic and tranquil arabian' garden if you like).
The location of our business is in a popular cosmopolitan area full of young professionals and students; an area with a number of trendy bars, restaurants, boutiques and other independent retailers.
We are having an identity crisis at the moment as we try and think of what to say/write about our business and how best to describe it online and through social media.
We require a short catchy motto and a 'About Us' piece.
It is important to add, that the garden will not only be used for coffee drinkers, diners and smokers. In time we will be selling artefacts, arts and furniture from the middle east to replicate a Souk or Bazar. Customers will be able to enjoy the Souk whilst... say... eating a salad or drinking tea. Thats where our theme comes from (A Souk/bazar in Damascus)
Extra notes: I will provide the business name and location upon acceptance/agreement
