Wordpress theme install with sample data from theme

I'm currently working with a client who wants a wordpress site and we have already bought a theme but I'm having a problem with what looks like the permission folder.

I'm also currently looking for a freelancer to do pretty much all web work (as I'm a graphic designer) Ideally someone who charges around £10ph but that can be changed depending who wants to work with me and skill LV.

Back to the job I need this done asap.
