1. My client is looking someone or a company that develop a WordPress theme for his website (www.jobsboxer.com)
The Theme should like the following sample: http://themes.9magentothemes.com/mt_areca/index.php?___store=store_1
2. Within the same budget, he will like to work on SEO of the site, that can drive about 5000 unique visit to the site.
Important: I would prefer proposals from Western countries, no india, pakistan, or bangladesh. That's due to the fact that most of this freelancers promise a lot but never once delivered the job accordingly.
