Wordpress Theme Development

Hi

I want to create directory Listing for Freelancers where all freelancer will be able to list their service.

I have bought Wordpress DirectoryPress Theme www.directorypress.net which have almost all functianality which I need.

What I want:

1. Redesign website to look more professional, modern, simpler for user.
- Front page should look simple, just logo search form button to register and submit Listing under there should be cloud of Tag desplaying skills which Listed freelancers offer.
something like www.peopleperhour.com front page or Like www.odesk.com
And whole website should be designed in simillare way, simple, professional, easy for user

2. Submit Form
- I want you to change information which freelancer need to insert when submitting their service.
Submit Form should have:
- Name
- Location(City and Cuntry)
- Hourly Rate
- My skills
- Tag Line
- Short Descritpion
- Email
- Website

3. Search Form
User should be able to search by taping skills he need and location.

Successful candidate will receive copy of DirectoryPress Theme to work on it.
