Wordpress Theme Customisation

Are you an experienced WP Developer? I've found an incredible WP theme and need a few modifications doing to it, so that it exactly meets my needs.

Specifically, this will involve adding Buddypress, setting up the email/e-newsletter, adding affiliate links, e-book sale functionality and putting up an email entry page for visitors while development is happening. I'd ideally like someone who will also be available a couple of hours each week to troubleshoot as the project develops.

The project is a social enterprise which supports animals and animal charities so will be extremely interesting and worthwhile - plus fun to work on.

Please outline a few examples of development work you've completed on WP as well as indicate when you can start and the likely total cost.
