Wordpress template required to match existing site design

Hi There,

I am the director of an IT company in the UK. We provide a wide range of services to our clients and try to maintain ourselves as the main point of contact for our client. In some cases we provide web development services to our clients, but it is mainly IT support, managed services, hosting and installations that we do.

From time to time we get surges of development work in and find ourselves overloaded. I am looking for a developer to use on a recurring basis to outsource a good portion of the web work we get in.

I have two such jobs pending right now. I would be interested in talking to anyone who can cover what we need overall, as I am hoping to find a single contact with whom we can build an ongoing relationship. We usually produce sites using the CMS Concrete 5. Online stores we often use openCart and for blogs we sometimes use Wordpress. (Occasionally we use Wordpress for the entire site - particularly if the site is blog focused)

The two jobs I have pending now are both Wordpress. (we mainly require templates building - but for future jobs we may give you FTP details and just ask you to do the whole job.)

This first one is basically that we need a wordpress template building that matches (as closely as is possible) the default openCart template, with some minor modifications. (Example here: http://demo.opencart.com/ - the modifications are some spacing added to the header, some elements removed and a bunch of social networking icons added.)

Please note that this posting only relates to the one job. For the other jobs I will add more postings afterwards if I am happy with the outcome of this one.

I would appreciate any feedback you may be able to give me, including a rough estimate of how much you think this work would cost us, and how long you think it will take you to complete it.
