Wordpress tasks

Hi,

I've recently just started my own article website.

What I'm trying to accomplish is instead of writing articles myself, I want to let other users create articles.

I want set categories I.e Technology, movies, news, lifestyle etc.

I realise the only way for people to create an "article" at the moment is to comment, I basically want to give them access to create a page, but only under a certain "parent page".

I hope this makes sense.
