WordPress site for Indian Restaurant (3-4 basic pages) I already have template

I need a simple WordPress website for an Indian restaurant based in London (one of my agency clients).

I already have hosting and email.
I already have the domain (with CPanel details)
I already have a responsive premium theme - http://www.redfactory.nl/themes/switcher/?theme=therestaurant

I simply require the following pages put together with content which I will provide:

1. Home Page (welcome statement, promotion offer, image sliders)
2. Menu Page (PDF menu i will provide with redirect link to Just-Eat.co.uk)
3. Google Maps page (with multiple location pin drops)
4. Photo Gallery (with up to 20 photos to be provided)
5. Contact Us Page (contact form)

and the following features/functions:

- Social media links (profiles will be provided)
- Google maps plugin
- Google Analytics in Admin Panel
- Mailchimp plugin (for capture of visitor email addresses)
- Some basic SEO (so website appears on Google Search)
- Booking form (similar to Contact form)

My client is also looking to pay for paid monthly management (2-3 hour work a month) so if you can do this job well I may award this to you also.

I need someone who has good experience designing to premium WordPress themes, you need to speak good english and have good availability everyday. You also need to have access to gmail account as I will be sharing a spreadsheet with you for tracking progress of the website.

I regularly need new websites as I own a design agency in London (www.afterimage.eu) so if you can impress with this job then I will be looking to add you to my team and use you again in future.
