Wordpress Plugin / PHP developer

Hi. I use the event calendar plugin

Its for creating posts for future events in Wordpress.
My server has been upgraded to php 5.4 and the plugin just stops my whole website from working. Fine on 5.2

Im guessing its some functions somewhere??

I need someone to fix this please. There is some talk of it happening here and a possible fix but i dont understand it:

This is very urgent as i use this on a couple of websites.
