Checks when user enters site:
Check referral string. If "glcid" (adwords referral code) is present in referral string then:
Store:
GLCID,Referral string, Date/Time, and a Sequential Number Identifier (one row per visitor if possible) into a (unique) MySql table
Store GLCID in client cookie "glcid" (until session expires)
