Wordpress - new template created

Hi!

We are looking for someone with EXCELLENT wordpress skills (clean code, future-update-proof, experience of building themes not just adapting from existing templates).

what we're trying to do:
- we currently have our website, www.thinkproductive.co.uk.
- all of this is a bespoke site, with the exception of our blog which is already on wordpress (www.thinkproductive.co.uk/b4)
- we want to 'recreate' the rest of the existing site on wordpress, still using the existing blog
- then, we want to make some design 'touch-ups' to slightly freshen the brand (new logo, adding a shop, adding a page to promote a book) - note: we are using our existing graphic designer for the look and feel of this, so we really just need someone to code what he sends over (in layered files, exact format can be directed by you). he is also flexible and can adapt his designs to make sure everything is technically possible in wordpress.


we'll be ready to give you the first pages for development over the next couple of weeks, and would like to get the whole site LIVE by the end of February (due to a new initiative starting in March).


In your reply, it would be helpful if you could give an estimate of time/cost to replace the existing pages of www.thinkproductive.co.uk in a wordpress site (in a template you've designed, or in a reliable one you've adapted from). The final job may involve some slightly different pages, but this will be helpful for us to get a general idea.

What we're looking for (in order):
- someone with LOTS of expertise and good reviews, who we can trust with the project
- someone who can advise us and get involved as 'part of the team' rather than just taking instructions: you might know an easier way to achieve what we're doing!
- someone with flexibility/availability over the coming 4 weeks
- good value for money
