Wordpress maintenance and small changes required

Are you a detailed-oriented Wordpress guru with the availability and patience to make changes big and small quickly when needed?

I'm looking for someone to help make the final finishing touches on my new business website early this week and do ongoing maintenance for the site when required. It is preferable for the selected person could also help train me on how to do some of the simpler work on my own.

This person needs to be patient, responsive and detail-oriented.
