Wordpress/ joomla web creation + logo adjustment+ stationary

I would like a wordpress , joomla website created ( I already have a template in mind) for my agency. The designer must have in-depth knowledge of this type of design format in addition to logo and or graphic design experience. I have an existing brand and the above requirements are for my subsidiary company. As part of this project I will need some word manipulation done on my existing logo ( font only) and this style of created font can be used in the logo for my subsidiary( for the website project). I would like the designer to use my existing icon for the subsidiary logo. this will allow for continuity across the brand.

So to clarify

1. WordPress website creation
2. Font manipulation on existing logo
3. use if manipulated font style for the subsidiary company
4. creation of logo ( using existing icon) and font style ( manipulated one)
5. modification to existing stationary set
