Wordpress Site Help Needed

Wordpress ecommerce site needs work, following are required;

-install of Wordpress on hosting/site
-basic setup of pages and navigational menu
-setup of homepage - to include banners and slider
-creation of a custom filtration system for shop pages to include filtering by size, colour, price etc.
-any extra cosmetic tweaks

We need a very reliable person who can work as and when to improve our site.
Due to numerous time wasters, we require applicants to be able to respond to emails WITHIN 24 HOURS AT THE LEAST and preferably email us several times a day to share progress and receive requirement info - working on the job daily until complete.
This is to take no more than 8 hours of working time.

All theme files and site plans/requirements are included. Looking to start this job early next month.
