WordPress help with my home page

OK I need to rejig my home page (www.intuitive-solution.net). I am new to wordpress and a designer did the first attempt but is now unavailable. I need to put a new headline in, shift around the graphics, possibly put some scrolling test with testimonials, change colour of the blue text to ...something warmer... you will be given the user name etc. once we agree.

If this goes well then you could be my regular person.

I would like someone who is able and comfortable to discuss the work together via Skype - co-creation type of venture - and get something done in a few days.

Sympathy to the subject matter - psychic etc. - would be good but you don't have to be a believer as such.
