Wordpress CSS and Theme Framework Implementation

Hi,

I'm rolling out a new Wordpress site for a client that needs the following templates implemented from PSDs:

Home
Product Group
Product/Content
News Feed
News Item

Essential Skills/Experience
----------------------

- Min 3 years experience using CSS
- Min 2 years experience of Jquery
- Min 3 years experience implementing wordpress sites

Core Deliverables
----------------------

It is essential the client can add/edit the carousels, product panels and roll overs on the fly through an easy to use theme framework. The best candidate for the project will have extensive experience using a preferred framework of this kind.

Along with the PSDs a detailed implementation document will be provided.
